Big T, Li’l ‘T and I went to the annual Greenbelt Labor Day Festival with some friends. I’ve lived in this area for a year and had no idea that they had this big weekend celebration near our place. During the weekend they have a parade, arts and crafts, a carnival section with games and rides, a little miss pageant for young girls and a bunch of other stuff. One of the little girls started crying because she stumbled over her question during the Q&A session. Poor thing. She was adorable though.

There was a used book sale and I jumped right on it and bought SEVERAL books for Li’l T. At $1 a pop, who could resist?

Next year I’ll be more prepared for the event and participate in the art and photo shows. When Li’l T gets older I want to involve him in the sports activities and I know Big T will be right there with him.
