Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 (6-ounce) tilapia fillets
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

1. Preheat broiler.
